ANIMALS There are various farmyard animals at Tanner Farm Park. The pet areas are just off the farmyard as signed with a level, slightly sloping access. Orphan lambs can be bottle-fed from Easter to the end of May. All the other animals (goats, pigs, Shire horses, ornamental poultry) have their own diets and we would ask customers not to feed any of the animals, apart from the ducks and geese on the pond by the Park Reception. Customers are reminded to wash their hands if they have touched any of the animals.
PARK SAFETY The speed limit everywhere is 5 mph. Cyclists, particularly accompanied by young children, must take care on the Park roads. Cycling is not allowed off-Park on the Farm as signed. Young children must always be accompanied by an adult as signed. Skateboarding is not allowed on the main farm and park drives. Ball games are only permitted in the main play area on the Park.
