AA CHOOSES TANNER FARM PARK

We are delighted that the AA has chosen Tanner Farm Park as its 2012 South East
Campsite of the Year.

This is welcome recognition for all the energy and hard work put in by the Staff during
the year and a real pat on the back.

BOOKINGS

It's getting to that time of year when availability is tight! During the week before the
school holidays start, offers better options, but there are no weekends left now until
September. The August Bank Holiday is also full. Cancellations, if there are any, are re-
allocated the week before. So it's worth getting in touch to see if anything is available.

MOTORVANS

Although it's all about the 'freedom of the road', it's always good sense to ring up
beforehand to check that we have hardstandings available for motorvans. Sorry guys and
gals, but you do tend to turn up on spec and are quite surprised, even very annoyed, when
you find that we cannot accommodate you. Ring first – it saves fuel and tempers!

OUR FARMYARD FRIENDS

Our orphan lambs (eight of them) have settled into their new patch of grass at Tanner
Farm. They enjoyed being bottle-fed and are now munching away on grass.

Our piglets have also settled in well and are rooting around in their pen. They love their
ears being scratched as well as their backs. Just remember to wash your hands afterwards
if you help with the animals.

SUMMER BAR-B-QUE

We will be having a bar-b-que on the Saturday of the August Bank Holiday, 25 August.
Hopefully the weather will be better than during the Jubilee celebrations. Tickets for the
bar-b-que will be on sale at Reception if you're staying on the Park and want to join in.
