Our commitment to conservation and caring for our environment and wildlife has been one of the visions we had for the caravan park since it was established. Tanner Farm Park’s 36 acres are a haven for wildlife and wild flowers and late spring our guests are treated to the thousands of bluebells in our woodland area. In the summer our beautiful wildflower border flourishes and encourages bees and butterflies.

David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme – 2015/16 GOLD! |
The David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme is one of the longest running green tourism awards in the UK and Tanner Farm Caravan and Camping Park was among the very first caravan parks to achieve this award for conservation when the scheme first started in 1996. Parks are awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze. See if you can spot our rare great crested newt, the bats flying at dusk, a wild orchid, an owl, a badger , a weasel or hear the cuckoo heralding the arrival of spring. There are foxes with their cubs and an abundance of rabbits and birdlife including a blackbird whose song mimics a mobile phone! |

Recycling |
We strive to recycle wherever possible and provide bins around the site to encourage our visitors to recycle paper and cardboard, plastics, tins and glass. |

Caring For Our Countryside |
We particularly like to educate our guests, especially our young guests to appreciate, respect and care for the countryside and its inhabitants. We encourage them to be responsible about litter by providing bins near play areas or gently reminding them to put it in a bin! |
